# ACES Mastermind

> The inner circle for serious IT consultants. A year-long peer mastermind for IT consultancy and MSP owners. Now entering its 10th year. 25+ IT consultants have come through the program. 11-month program (June 2026 – April 2027) plus a closing private group dinner during ACES Conference week in May 2027. $449 USD per month, includes a free ticket to ACES Conference 2027 ($949 value).

ACES Mastermind is hosted by Justin Esgar (founder of the ACES Conference, CEO of Virtua Computers, and host of the All Things MSP Podcast) and Melanie Curtis (Peak Performance Coach & Accountability Director). Each month it runs a small-group accountability meeting led by Melanie, a full-group roundtable with hot-seat problem solving, on-demand "Diamond Dog" emergency 1-on-1 strategy sessions with Justin, and a private Slack community.
